General
WHAT IS DEADSTOCK?
Deadstock refers to unused, high-quality fabrics from luxury brands and fashion houses, originally produced for past collections. These materials often result from overproduction or surplus stock. Instead of being discarded, they are reintroduced into the fashion cycle and given a second life at Fabric House, supporting a more circular and sustainable approach to sourcing.
WHAT IS THE FH COLLECTION?
The FH Collection is developed by our young design team in Italy and renewed each season with a curated selection of fabrics, from fashionable trends to timeless classics. In addition to available stock, new production takes around 6–8 weeks. Customized colors or designs can also be developed on request, with a minimum of 500 meters. For further details, our sales team will be happy to assist.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FH COLLECTION AND DEADSTOCK FABRICS?
Deadstock fabrics are unique surplus materials from renowned fashion houses and producers and cannot be reordered once sold out. The Fabric House Collection is designed and produced by Fabric House in Como, Italy, and is available from 1 meter with long-term reordering possible.
DO YOU HAVE A PRICE LIST?
Yes, we provide a price list for our fabrics. Please note that the prices vary depending on the number of meters purchased, as we operate with three graduated price levels. Larger quantities benefit from more favorable prices.
WHY DO PRICES CHANGE WHEN I SELECT A DIFFERENT SHIPPING COUNTRY?
Prices at final checkout may vary depending on the destination, due to the application of any applicable taxes and shipping costs, which depend on the delivery country and the weight of the shipment.
HOW CAN I STAY INFORMED ABOUT SPECIAL PROMOTIONS?
You can stay up to date on special promotions through our website or by subscribing to our newsletter --> SIGN UP NOW!
DO YOU SELL TO BOTH B2B AND B2C?
Our collection is primarily designed for business customers (B2B), but private customers (B2C) can also benefit from our wide selection and exclusive fabrics.
WHAT ARE FABRIC DAYS?
Fabric Days are special events hosted by Fabric House, where customers can explore our full collection, including the FH Collection, in person. They offer the opportunity to see, touch, and select fabrics on-site, meet our team, and benefit from exclusive promotions during the event.

You can easily view all available color variants directly on the product detail page.
HOW CAN I FIND THE RIGHT FABRIC AMONG 10,000 DIFFERENT PRODUCTS?
Thanks to our targeted filter function, you can quickly find the right fabric for your project. Simply filter by fabric type, material, design, color, use, weight, price, or availability to select the ideal quality from our wide range.
CAN I RESERVE FABRICS?
Reservations are not available online. However, B2B customers are welcome to contact their Fabric House sales representative to discuss reservation options.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ON HOW TO WASH AND TAKE CARE OF THE ARTICLES?
As our fabrics come from a wide range of sources, we are unfortunately unable to provide standardized care instructions. We therefore recommend testing washing and care methods on a small sample first to ensure the best results.

WHAT DOES “DESIGNER FABRICS” MEAN?
Our fabrics are original surplus materials from luxury brands and high-end designers. They are authentic designer textiles but are sold without logos or branding, focusing purely on their quality and uniqueness. We also value discretion and therefore do not disclose the names of the partners we collaborate with.
WHY DO YOU OFFER POLYESTER (PL) FABRICS IF YOU SAY YOU ARE SUSTAINABLE?
Sustainability at Fabric House means making use of existing resources. By giving surplus polyester fabrics a second life, we prevent them from ending up as waste. In this way, even synthetic fabrics become part of a circular and responsible system.
WHAT ARE PANEL FABRICS?
Panel fabrics are textiles printed in fixed sections or motifs, rather than continuous patterns. They are sold by panel and cut accordingly, not by continuous meterage.
